1. Acceptance

By signing up, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and any content you publish through ShowFace AI.

3. Acceptable use

No hate speech, harassment, illegal content, malware, scraping, spam, or attempts to break our security. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Payments & refunds

Subscriptions are billed in Naira via Flutterwave. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds within the first 7 days are issued on request for unused months.

5. Content & IP

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service. AI outputs generated for you are yours to use commercially.

6. Third-party platforms

When you connect Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn etc., you also accept those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for changes they make to their APIs.

7. Disclaimer

ShowFace AI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
