1. Who we are

ShowFace AI ("we", "us") is operated from Lagos, Nigeria. We provide an AI content multiplier that helps creators publish across multiple social platforms.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, profile photo, handle.
• Content data: posts, captions, audio, and video you upload.
• Connected accounts: tokens for social platforms you connect.
• Payment metadata: transaction references from Flutterwave (we never store card numbers).
• Usage analytics: pages viewed, feature usage, error logs.

3. How we use it

To run the service, generate AI outputs, publish your posts, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

4. Where it lives

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security. Email delivery is handled by Resend. AI processing is performed by reputable providers under data-processing agreements.

5. Your rights

You can export, correct or delete your data anytime from Account settings, or by emailing privacy@showfaceai.com.

6. Children

ShowFace AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.

7. Changes

We will notify you by email or in-app banner before any material change.
